Rich started the segment by talking about the issue of panhandling within the Queen City. He dissuaded the listeners from encouraging panhandling and provided them with an alternative should they desire to give support. He was then joined by Mayor Ted Gatsas, who shared his opinion on the issue and informed Rich about the threat of a lawsuit concerning the city’s desire to crack down on the issue. Finally, they pointed out the responsibilities of the City Solicitor and the Police Chief in the matter. Tune in to hear all about it!
