Shtain Gblanga
(Hour 1a) Rich started the hour by talking about the arrest of Shtain Gblanga, an illegal immigrant who was attempting to get a license at the DMV. He then talked about those who are defending the constitutional rights for those without citizenship and wondered about the intentions of some of those on the Manchester School Board who voted against doing away with government employee benefits.
