(Hour 1b) Rich further inquired about how the Union can better communicate with the public moving forward.  They discussed whether district changes to accommodate English language learners are necessary, changing standards in the Manchester School District, how assessments should be handled and teacher pay raises.  Finally, they took a call from Eddy in Manchester, who wondered about teacher mandates.
