Rich welcomed Pembroke Academy parent David Pearl to on the situation within the Pembroke School Board. He talked about Superintendent Earl Metzler and the Supreme Court ruling of the Timberlane Right to Know case. He took a call from Harriet Cady, before he talked to David Pearl about the last night’s Pembroke School Board meeting, which dealt with the handling of the recent arrest of the Dean of Students at Pembroke Academy.

(Hour 3c) David spoke about the Right to Know law that was invoked last night. We then heard an audio clip from a parent, who happened to be a State Trooper, a Pembroke Academy student and another parent. Finally, David read the statement that the Pembroke School Board would not allow him to read.
