We were joined this morning by Ray Hebert who is a candidate for alderman in Ward 10. He talked about the importance of taking care of tax payers and how to improve quality in the city without breaking the tax cap. He shared about his business background and pointed out how the city would benefit by it. He talked about taking benefits, the Right to Know law, the tax cap and more.
