Carl Robert Homer Gibson says he is a resident at 26 Summit Street in Concord, NH. At least when he was arrested for voter suppression last Thursday that was the address he gave the NH AGs Office.
But when you look up that same address at: https://address.radaris.com/Concord+NH/SUMMIT+ST
They say this is who resides at that address.

I cant seem to find Carl Robert Homer Gibson on that list. Since he has been voting from there since 2012, 2014 by absentee, you might think he would show up on the resident list just like he shows up on the voter checklist in Concord.
What a puzzle he is.
