Board Chair Dan O’Neil made the following motion at the February 19, 2012 meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen after the censure of Alderman at-Large Joe Kelly Levasseur: “That this board be on record that neither the Board of Mayor and Aldermen nor the city of Manchester will tolerate personal attacks, threats, or innuendo against its employees or other officials and that the citizens of Manchester can rest assured that the city provides a safe and comfortable work environment for all.”
Not sure what it really means or does, but it passed unanimously.
