Manchester Police Chief David J. Mara confronted the board about the actions of Alderman at-Large Joseph Kelly Levasseur. And, he brought the city’s Workplace Violence Policy into the debate arguing that Levasseur should at least be held to the same standards as the employees the board oversees.
