(Hour 2b) Manchester Health Officer Tim Soucy gave as good as he got in a lively exchange with our humble host on a recent Health Impact study on Second Street. Tim claims they are valuable tool for planners. Rich claims they are embarrassing. Well, at least this one was for arguing against a “concentration of fast food restaurants.” Jon DiPietro called in to add a statistical rant. “The whole reason fast food is so cheap is because of federal government subsidies on corn which produces high fructose corn syrup!” Another installment of GREAT RADIO!
